Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including full tracking information.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over £100 within the United Kingdom.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. All major regions and postcodes are covered.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we expand our shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: MOER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, check with your neighbours and contact the carrier directly.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at moerldn@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
