At MOER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
    • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
    • Gift cards.
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Once your return request has been approved:

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Return Label & Packing
Our team will provide you with a return address and specific instructions. Please pack items securely in original or suitable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, items not in their original condition, missing tags, or returned after the return window.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Please note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Allow up to 10 business days before contacting us if the credit has not yet appeared.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please follow the return process to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will assist you with returning the item and ensure you receive the correct replacement or a full refund.
